Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have over it. It is written as plainly as possible, without unnecessary legal padding.
Who we are
The data controller is ASOCIAȚIA „CLUB SPORTIV ATOS” (CIF 50483408), registered at Calea Moșilor nr. 225, Bl. 33-35, Sc. 2, Et. 6, Ap. 53, Sector 2, București, operating the Kaya Martial Arts club.

What we collect and when
We only collect data when you fill in a form yourself. There are three situations:
- Booking your first free class
- Booking a specific class from the schedule
- Booking a membership from the Membership page
Exactly which fields
Your full name, phone number and, optionally, your email address. You may add a free-text message (for example your child's age).
We also record what you chose — the discipline, the time slot or the membership — so we know how to help when we call you.
We do not ask for your national ID, home address, medical data or payment details. Payment is made at reception, never on the website.
Why we use it
For a single purpose: to contact you by phone or email in order to confirm your booking and answer your questions.
The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox in the form) and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not send marketing messages unless you separately ask for them, and we never sell your data.
Where the data goes
The data goes into the club's internal system, accessible only to the people handling bookings.
The database is hosted by Supabase on servers within the European Union (Ireland). The website is hosted by Vercel. Both are technical providers and do not use the data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a member, we keep your data for at most 12 months after our last interaction, then delete it.
If you become a member, we keep it for the duration of our relationship and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for accounting purposes, for example).
Cookies
This website uses no tracking cookies, no Google Analytics and no Facebook Pixel. We do not follow you around the internet.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right:
- to find out what data we hold about you
- to have it corrected if it is wrong
- to have it deleted
- to object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time
- to receive your data in a transferable format
How to request deletion
Send an email to contact@kayamartialarts.ro with the name and phone number you contacted us with. We delete the data within 30 days at most and confirm by email.
You do not need to give a reason, and it costs nothing.
If you are not satisfied
Write to us directly — we usually sort things out quickly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
